Matt Frymire was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the County of Riverside in March of 2004. Prior to that he was the County's Chief Technology Officer (CTO), where he was responsible for the daily operations of the Riverside County Information Technology (RCIT). From January 2000 through September 2002, he directed the implementation of the County's PeopleSoft ERP system. Prior positions he has held include; the Chief of the Data Network Division which managed the County's data networks and distributed processing initiatives, and the Data and Telephone Engineering Manager responsible for data and telephone network initiatives, including the replacement of the County's telephone infrastructure in late 1980's and early 1990's. Prior to his service with the County, Mr. Frymire worked as a communications consultant to the U.S. Navy, and worked in various operational roles in private industry.
Greg Stoddard is the Chief Technology Officer for the County of Riverside Information Technology Department (RCIT). Greg's primary responsibilities are to plan, direct, organize, and coordinate activities and priorities with RCIT Managers for the Communications, Applications and Systems/Operations Bureaus. Greg manages and directs the corporate technology infrastructure that is supported by RCIT. This includes technology deployments, network and systems management, integration testing, development of technical competencies for RCIT personnel and management of client relations through service level agreements to ensure that service objective expectations are developed and attained. Greg participates in departmental strategic and organizational planning processes on behalf of the County's technology enterprise systems. Prior to his current appointment in July 2004, Greg served as the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the RCIT Communications Bureau for 2 years and as the Information Technology Officer for the Client Services Division for 3 years. Greg has been with the County of Riverside Information Technology Department since August of 1980, beginning his career as a Programming Intern while going to the University of California - Riverside, where he later received his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science in 1983. Since receiving his degree he has served the County in a number of capacities, including application development and support, business systems analysis, data communications and management.
CJ Wickham Ms. Wickham has worked in the Computer and communications Security field for over 27 years providing technical support in all phases of the system lifecycle; identifying user needs, translating these needs into functional requirements for designing, developing, acquiring, and operating computer and communication systems. Ms. Wickham has a broad knowledge of TEMPEST, COMSEC, and INFOSEC integration and operational issues.. She served as a Secure Communications Systems Technician in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring in 1995. She provided technical and professional support for secure and non-secure communications systems, requirements analysis, functional design, installation, maintenance, and technical implementation for senior personnel throughout the Air Force and Department of Defense. She has extensive experience in the installation of computers, main frames, analog, and digital communications systems, privatized secure voice and data circuits, to include secure switching and Satellite Communications. Since her retirement, she has provided security guidance, training, and procedures for commercial and government organizations on networked and web-based architectures. Developed security plans and policy documentation. Implement security configuration on operating systems, applications, and network devices, including firewalls, routers, and switches. As a Chief Information Security Officer, she has been responsible for the over site of all areas of security to include facilities, networks, penetration testing, incident response, and Intrusion detection. |
